Deliverability monitoring
Catch every shift in your deliverability.
EmailShift watches your sending, your domains and Gmail, Microsoft and Yahoo around the clock, and tells you what changed, why, and what to do about it.
Works with AledaMail, HubSpot and Klaviyo, plus Google Postmaster Tools and DMARC reports from every mailbox provider.
Not more dashboards. Answers.
We do the digging. Every alert comes with the evidence, the likely cause and the next step, in plain language. No SMTP codes to decode, no DMARC XML to read, no graphs to interpret.
When the problem is on the receiving side, for example when Microsoft is delaying mail for many senders at once, EmailShift tells you that too, so you do not chase a problem that is not yours.
Microsoft deferrals at 15% since 14:20
- What the receiver said
- Microsoft: throttled because of IP reputation (4.7.650)
- Likely cause
- Volume to Outlook doubled with today's newsletter.
- Next step
- Lower volume to Microsoft and remove unengaged recipients. EmailShift tells you when it has recovered.
Alerts in minutes, not after the damage
Every five minutes, your sending is compared with what is normal for that weekday and hour. Volume spikes, bot sign-ups, looping automations and bounce or complaint bursts are flagged while they are happening.
The why, not just the what
Responses from Gmail, Microsoft and Yahoo are translated into causes and actions. You see whether it is your list, your authentication, your reputation, or the mailbox provider itself.
From "set up" to protected
DMARC reports show every service sending as your domain. EmailShift tells you when it is safe to move to p=reject, one step at a time, and checks the Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft sender requirements.
Everything that affects whether your mail arrives
Sign-up bombing detection
A burst of never-seen recipients, bounces and disposable addresses is recognized as bots abusing your forms, not as growth.
Runaway automation
The same people receiving message after message within an hour points to a looping flow. You hear about it before your complaint rate does.
Is it you, or Gmail?
When a mailbox provider is delaying mail for many senders at once, you are told the deferrals are probably not caused by your sending.
DMARC without the XML
Reports from every mailbox provider, grouped by service. New senders using your domain are flagged the day they appear.
Sender requirements scorecard
SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, spam rate and reverse DNS against what Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft require, with what is and is not verifiable.
Authentication that understands rotation
Amazon SES, Microsoft 365 and other providers rotate DKIM keys between selectors. Standby selectors are recognized, not reported as broken.
Blocklists that matter
Your domains, and only your own dedicated IPs. Shared provider IPs are not checked, because a listing there is not something you can act on.
Alerts where your team works
In the app, by email, in Slack, or as signed webhooks to your own systems, with quiet hours and severity routing.
Weekly reports
A plain-language summary of the week every Monday, readable by anyone on your team or your clients, no account needed.
Independent by design
EmailShift does not sell sending and does not rank sending platforms. Problems are attributed to your setup or to the receiving mailbox provider, never to the platform you chose.
Read-only, and minimal data
Connections use read-only access. EmailShift never sees message content; recipient addresses are stored only as one-way hashes. Credentials are encrypted and never shown again.

Questions
Do I need to change my email platform?
No. EmailShift connects to the platform you already use with read-only access, and works alongside it.
How fast are alerts?
Events from your email platform are analysed every five minutes, so problems like a bounce burst or bot sign-ups are usually flagged within 5 to 10 minutes. DMARC reports and Google Postmaster data arrive once a day, so they drive the daily and weekly view.
Which platforms are supported?
AledaMail, HubSpot and Klaviyo today, with more on the way. DMARC reports and Google Postmaster Tools work whatever you send with.
Can you see my emails or my subscribers?
No. EmailShift receives delivery events, not message content, and stores recipient addresses only as one-way hashes.
What if the problem is Gmail or Microsoft, not me?
When a mailbox provider is delaying or refusing mail for many senders at the same time, EmailShift says so, so you do not change your setup for a problem that is not yours.
Can someone fix it for me?
The Advisory plan includes live sessions with a deliverability expert who works through your alerts and setup with you.
