Terms of service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

The service

EmailShift provides email deliverability monitoring, alerts, reports and, on the Advisory plan, sessions with a deliverability expert. EmailShift is operated by Kyuzo Corporation, a New York corporation doing business as Senders, 223 Bedford Ave PMB 1035, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts

You are responsible for the accounts in your organization and for keeping credentials secure. You connect only email platforms, domains and data sources you are authorised to monitor.

Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. A free trial converts to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; after cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use EmailShift to monitor domains or accounts you do not control, to probe or attack third-party systems, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

Recommendations, not guarantees

EmailShift and its experts give assessments and recommendations based on the data available. Whether mail reaches the inbox is decided by mailbox providers, so we do not guarantee inbox placement or any particular result.

Availability

We work to keep EmailShift available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to EmailShift is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue or lost data.

Ending the service

You can stop using EmailShift and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify account owners of material changes by email before they take effect.
