Weekly reports

Every Monday at 08:00 in your organization's timezone, EmailShift can email a report on the previous week (Monday to Sunday) compared with the week before.

What it contains

  • Volume and delivery, bounce, complaint, deferral and block rates
  • Results by mailbox provider
  • Cases opened and resolved
  • What receivers said
  • For each domain: DMARC pass rate, readiness for p=reject and the sender requirements score

Setting it up

  1. Go to Alerts → Settings → Weekly report.
  2. Turn it on and add up to 10 recipients. They do not need an EmailShift account, which makes the report easy to share with colleagues or clients.
  3. Use Send preview to me to see it.

The same report is available under Reports in the app, with a week selector. To save it as a PDF, use your browser's Print → Save as PDF.
